About Me

I became a life coach not ONLY because I know that people have goals and aspirations BUT most IMPORTANTLY because I know that people have fears, doubts, and setbacks that have hindered them from pursuing those goals and aspirations. I was once that person that held back from the things that I wanted to do, so as a life coach I want to be the person to move a person from their hindrances into action ( their goals and aspirations). I am a Certified Biblical Life Coach, soon I will also be a certified Transformational Life Coach as well as a mind, body, wellness, practitioner. I am the founder of F.A.C. E. I.T ( Faith Advocoates through Christ Individually and Together) and the Garden of Purpose(My coaching company). I am a self-published author and a poet.

Results & Goals

By the end of your first session, I believe you will have already seen some results. With life coaching its all about changing your mindset. Many times we hold ourselves back or have allowed allows to get into our minds. It is time to live on purpose because you were created for a purpose. Allowing me to be your coach will help you get focused and remained focused. It will also allow you to see yourself as God sees you. It is never to late to start doing something you have always wanted to do it.

How I like to coach

Since coaching is self-centered in itself, I like to find out about you. After all, the session is about you, I ask questions and I coach you towards making an action. Everything is confidential. I won't place judgement on you or push my views on you. I am here to listen and get you to move forward. I believe that you already have the answers inside of you, I am just here to get you to realize that. Usually once you have booked your session, I will send you an assessment that you will fill out and sent back to me prior to our 1st session. This allows me to learn a little more about you before the session and also allows time for you to have time for yourself and reflect on your life.

I am the the founder of a non-profit called F.A.C.E. I.T. (Friends Advocating for Causes Effectively Immediately Today).

F.A.C.E. I.T. Outreach Ministry seeks to restore faith, hope, and love in the lives of others through God. We will do this by encouraging and promoting spiritual growth and healing by taking the Holistic Approach (Mind, Body, Soul). We will provide an outlet and a platform for those in need. We will raise awareness and provide resources for the social issues such as Domestic Violence that are plaguing our communities.

I am also the founder of my coaching company "The Garden of Purpose".
