About Me

I am a Kingdom Development Coach who works with leaders who are called to operate at a higher level of clarity, conviction, and purpose. My work centers on helping individuals discover their God-given identity and then align every aspect of their life and leadership to that truth. I coach those who carry responsibility, influence, and vision — leaders who recognize that their greatest breakthroughs come not from more effort, but from deeper alignment.

Before founding 21 Gatekeeper, I spent years working with front-line personnel, church security teams, and high-impact leaders across ministry, business, and community environments. In every context, I witnessed the same pattern: leaders were trained in skills but not developed in identity. They were equipped for tasks but not formed for calling. They were capable, but not always aligned.

My work exists to change that.

Professional and life experience

My professional background spans a wide range of leadership and front-line environments, including law enforcement exposure, private security, corporate security operations, high-end event security, faith-based security leadership, and production management. These roles consistently required clarity under pressure, strong decision-making, and the ability to lead people and environments with stability and confidence.

Across these diverse settings, I gained firsthand insight into how leaders think, operate, and respond when expectations are high and the margin for error is small. I learned the dynamics of team culture, the impact of identity on performance, and the importance of presence, communication, and alignment in high-demand roles.

This blend of operational, organizational, and people-centered experience shapes the way I coach today. It allows me to understand the realities leaders face at work, at home, and within their communities — and to help them translate identity, purpose, and clarity into practical, high-level leadership in every arena of life.

Fees are based on the level of partnership, scope of development, and capacity required for sustained transformation.

Because my work is intentional, high-impact, and highly personalized, investment details are shared following an initial consultation where we establish clarity, alignment, and mutual readiness.
