One on One Coaching. Offering steps to take in finding your own peace within yourself as well as finding your truth and speaking it to the rest of the world. Depending on your level of comfort, I can also offer you a Reiki session during our one on one meetings.

Group Sessions $10.00 - 2 hours Individual Sessions 50 minutes $40.00 (Includes Reiki if client so requests) Train to be a life coach and hold your own groups $1200.00 (ask for more details)
