About Me

As Chief Human Capital Executive for one of the largest governmental financial accounting, reporting and audit organizations in the United States, Merle has also led eBusiness Strategy in the for-profit sector for one of Fortune’s Most Admired Companies for 5 years. Prior to that, she was an HR Director for 13 years with a Texas Medical Center organization. A talented strategist, highly in-demand consultant, and leading motivational speaker on profitability by turning dreams into action, Merle has over 20 years of specializing in executive strategy, getting results through transformation and leadership, organizational change, re-engineering business operations, and technology. In her spare time, she is a best-selling publisher and writer of business and ministry works. In 2013, Merle was conferred by a private Christian college with an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Humanities for her work in the community coaching women in mastering their authentic voice. She has earned both a Master of Science Degree in Leadership from Grand Canyon University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Leadership from the College of Biblical Studies. She has helped to strengthen and sustain children and women living in distressed communities by grant-writing over $2.5 million in federal and state funded projects that were awarded to non-profit community-based organizations in Houston, Texas. As a consultant and volunteer of more than 1600 hours of service through her organization, The Noble Groups, Merle is an active citizen who believes in providing high performance and noble results in her community and the world.
