Mary Kidd

About Me

I am a graduate of Sofia University with a MA in Counseling Psychology. I was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and moved to Houston, Texas when I was five years old. I did my undergraduate degree at New York University.

I have a twenty month old daughter. When I am not taking care of my daughter, I am interning at West Oaks Psychiatric Hospital where I counsel clients with severe mental illnesses and/or substance dependence issues. I also work for Harris County under their Positive Pathways Family Reunification Court program.

I am forty-eight years old and have lived a full life. I have had my struggles with depression and anxiety and grief. I have worked through my issues and am now able to help others lead more successful and productive lives.

Coaching

I work one-on-one with clients over the phone. I am also available via video call, email, and text. 

Fee description

I do lots of pro bono work because I enjoy helping others succeed in life and I know that life can get very expensive. If you can pay more than $0, anything is appreciated.
