I help parents like myself, with or without mental health, to show up as themselves when parenting by checking in mentally before parenting/while parenting by showing specific techniques that can help them ensure they are present. These techniques also check if you are in a favorable or unfavorable situation and if you're being productive now with how you are showing up. I deal with mental health while raising two high-functioning autistic children and a happy preschooler. I am in charge of protecting my mental health and those of my children. 

I use my personal experiences and struggles to help others in their areas of need.

Fee description

I base my fees on the programs and products I have to offer.

I currently have four 90-Day Programs:

• Total Transformation Breakthrough $1,500 in full or $500 a month for three months
• Accepting Your Truth $1,500 in full or $500 a month for three months
• Living In Your Truth $1,500 in full or $500 a month for three months
• Mental Check-in Breakthrough Session $1,500 in full or $500 a month for three months

I have 14- Day Challenges:
