About Me
Hi, I’m Lindsay.
Before we talk about coaching, I want you to get to know the person behind it. I believe genuine connection matters, and I want you to feel understood from the very beginning.
If you’ve spent your life feeling different, like you’re too much, or like you’re never quite good enough, I understand. I’ve been there, too.
For much of my life, I wore a mask to fit in, meet expectations, and hide the parts of myself I thought were flaws. Behind the scenes, I struggled with people-pleasing, fear of criticism, and the constant pressure to prove my worth. Growing up with a narcissistic parent shaped how I saw myself and how I navigated relationships.
It took me 38 years to begin understanding two things that changed my life: I couldn't keep looking for validation in a relationship that was hurting me, and many of the struggles I'd blamed myself for were connected to unmanaged ADHD.
Learning to work with my brain instead of against it, setting boundaries, and letting go of others' expectations became the beginning of my own Life After Judgment.
Helping others has always been important to me. I spent over 20 years in veterinary medicine, where I developed a passion for mentoring and supporting others. Over time, my own healing journey led me toward a new purpose: helping people who feel stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected from who they truly are.
I bring my lived experience together with formal training in ADHD coaching and narcissistic abuse recovery coaching. I also hold certifications in Mental Health First Aid, the Ontario Human Rights Code, AODA accessibility, and Leadership and Culture.
I also navigate life alongside my partner, who has ADHD, so I understand how different two people's experiences can be. Your journey doesn't have to look like anyone else's. There's no race to finish and no perfect version of yourself you need to become. This is about understanding yourself, building self-trust, and creating a life that works for you.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy spending time at home just outside Toronto with my partner and our golden retriever, Penelope. You'll often find us out walking in nature. I also love music, whether I'm listening, playing, or singing, and I'm always finding new ways to learn and grow.

How I like to coach
Together, we'll explore patterns that may be holding you back, develop practical habits that work with your ADHD, and build the confidence to set healthy boundaries. My approach honours the experiences that shaped you while helping you focus on where you want to go next.
If you're tired of second-guessing yourself, feeling defined by others' expectations, or struggling to understand your own brain, you don't have to figure everything out alone.
I'm here to support you as you begin discovering who you are beyond the mask and building a life that feels like your own.

My Coaching Services & Modalities
Because managing ADHD and recovering from narcissistic abuse looks different for everyone, I build fully customized, actionable sessions designed around your personal goals. All standard coaching sessions are conducted remotely via Google Meet, allowing me to serve you without geographic restrictions.
Complimentary "Get to Know Me" Consultation (15-30 minutes)
Investing in coaching is a big commitment, and it is important to feel safe with the guide you choose. This free introductory session allows us to assess where you are, map out a blueprint for growth, and see if we are a good fit.
Initial Intake Session (1.5 hours)
Once you decide to start your coaching journey, we will do a deep-dive 90-minute session. Using your initial intake forms, this is my time to get to know you. We will assess where you currently are on your journey and exactly where you want to grow.
Subsequent Coaching Visits (1 hour)
In our ongoing sessions, we work together to develop practical daily habits that work with your ADHD, build the confidence to create healthy boundaries, and figure out how to remove the mask you've been wearing so you can become your true self. Sessions can be extended if requested in advance.
Flexible Booking & Packages
Clients have the complete flexibility to book single sessions as often as they wish, or you can choose to purchase pre-paid session packages at a discounted rate.
Youth Coaching Options
I also offer an in-person session exception for children and teens. I can travel to an agreed-upon location like a school or home, provided a parent or teacher is present (a small travel fee applies).
