My now fiance and I broke up and it was one of the most devastating experiences in my life. We dated off and on for some months and eventually decided to be exclusive. Went through a horrible break up in 2022. I honestly didn’t know who I was when it happened but I stumbled across Coach Lee’s videos on YouTube and his strategies have made me a much better person/partner. I recommend his videos/programs to anybody going through a divorce m/breakup. “Good things go to the patient and the strong” was something Coach Lee said in one of his videos which gave me the supreme confidence to survive no contact. Watching Coach Lees videos really helped me get through a bad break up with a Narcissist. We had broken up before and I did not do no contact and we got back together too quickly. Long text ahead, but read it - because you might be living the same situation I did - and with the help of @Coach Lee 's team ( thank you guys ), I managed to survive nearly 4 months of headstrong NC. I know and I understand this is not only a celebration for me... but for the success of a well written and well documented set of rules that WILL help you and it did help me... As I said... 4 months ago it started... My girlfriend ( 41yo ) and me ( 50yo ) had a really nasty fight. And I mean like... fingers being pointed to each other's face, really offensive exchange of really not nice words ( a LOT of really heavy insults were thrown at each other ). I'm telling this guys so you can understand the power of walking away ( and NO CONTACT ). At the beginning, she sent me text messages about how bad she was feeling and how much all that situation was sad. The first contacts were made in the same week I left our house, with the "every two weeks" of new attempts made by her where she was always asking me for stuff that really didn't matter... ( like telling me I had some stuff left in the house ) - this first interaction I've made a personal judgement that wasn't the time to a face to face ( it was too early in the breakup ). On the following months, she kept contacting me, always for really shallow reasons. But I came to learn that she was already trying to reconnect with me ( she told me that today ), and she was getting really sad and depressed that I wasn't running after her, begging, pleading... Yes Ladies and Gents... No contact IMPACTED HER MIND BIG TIME. During the following months, her reaction went from relieved... to sad... then really curious... then she started to stalk me on social media, watching and listening to all my photos, videos and songs - AND NO, I didn't post sad memes, romantic videos or sad songs... I did what I always did... posting my portfolio on FB and IG ( it's my work... ) and very occasionally. Then finally she reached out really, really ANGRY with me ( with no reason ) - I didn't match the anger and the conversation faded. I really thought that, that would be her last text msg for a long time... till yesterday when I went to Moxie's ( sports bar ) with a group of friends ( all male ) and she texted me like 15 minutes after the group picture "Good to see you're having fun. Enjoy your date" I was like WTH...? Then she started to rant all over me again ( really angry at this point ), I kept answering casually, no anger, no debate, no bickering from my part - and after like a hundred text messages she said "I still love you, and I'm missing you! How about we take a walk with the dogs on monday (holiday in Canada) and talk about us? I said "I'm open to it, but I wanna take one day at a time because... I'm really not sure about this" - and she became even angrier ( lol, sorry - I was having fun by this point after almost 4 months of agony ). We settled to meet on Monday to talk about us and a possible "new relationship". By the end of our conversation, she was more calm, getting to feel safe with it. So here's the timeline.... May 15th to 31 - The breakup, lots of arguing, bickering. A freak show... June 1st to 16 - First two contacts, one on day ONE and other on June 16th - she asked me WHY I didnt go to her house to pickup my winter tires. July 1st to 15 - Two more contacts. One casual ( no special motive ) and other asking me to be her "emergency number" ( why? lol.... no reason to that AT ALL ) July 16 to 30 - Almost all silence, with a message at the end of the month very angry why I wasn't concerned that she needed ME as an emergency contact. August 1 to 31 - A few isolated contacts, she was really angry this month... September 1st - The "Moxie's" incident - when she was SO MAD I was having fun that she called my male friends a "date" September 2nd - The day I wrote this. She was mad again.... angry... but slowly she turned into "I still love you" and "I miss you" and "I don't know what I'm gonna do with my life" Then she asked me to go with her to the park... and we're going to talk about us... I told her "I'm not 100% into this... but I'm willing to try a new relationship with you..." I even asked her "Hey, since you were so upset about the "Moxie" incident - how about we go together tomorrow? For what she replied "I can't tomorrow, I'll have a dog here to take care ( she takes care of dogs while owners are out the town ) - but I'd love to go next Saturday - but tomorrow we could spend the afternoon at the park with the dogs... so you can have fun with them... I said "we've got a deal then" NO CONTACT stats May - 11 days of no contact with 2 contacts from her June - 30 days of no contact with 4 contacts from her July - 31 days of no contact with 6 contacts from her August - 31 days of no contact with 5 contacts from her and ONE from me September - 1 day of no contact Total days in NC - 104 days During this period I went to the gym, new hairstyle ( Captain Pike's hairstyle of course... he's so freaking cool ), new clothing, aviator sunglasses ( which she loved ), guitar lessons and a LOT OF WORK on anxiety. I downloaded 209 videos from Coach Lee and Coach Ken - and I listened to those videos while working for the entire 104 days. Bought the EBK from Coach Lee and yes... It was scary... It was heart pounding... It was painful and stressful but in the end... the prize came for being patient. Read this story guys... learn from it that... even when the chances are against you... if you had a good relationship with love. Yes, you have a chance to get your ex back! I'm a living testimony of it. Thank you everyone! And stay strong! You need this for you! Not for them!

During the most difficult time of my life when my partner and I were about to get divorced for difficulties in our marriage I was devastated, I found coach Lee on YouTube and I was completely dependent on his videos, his logic to everything was helping me cope with the pain and have a more positive view about my situation, I was learning more and more about relationships because of him! Coach Lee is legitimately a scientist at the power of silence and no contact. I was coming from a difficult breakup of my first relationship after the end of a very long marriage. If u do what he says. It works! I had a relationship for just over a year. He broke up with me in March and his excuse was he didn’t see a future! So I accepted it and left him to it. No posting sad things. No anger! No calling him names. No feeling sorry for myself. No checking up on him. Carried on. Watched videos religiously from coach lee instead and gained knowledge. Coach Lee .is an amazing man. Back in may.i got his ex back.program.because I couldn't let my 8 year relationship die.i was determined in saving it.so I got coach Lee's ex back.i would have very hard days not reaching out to my fiance.the urges were so strong.so I would go over and over every module I think. three and sometimes more.for 2.50 months. really wondering if I was doing the right thing.as hard as it was not too reach out.last Tuesday by my surprise.i finally got a call from my fiance.i was so happy I cried .yes tears of joy.we talked .he asked to come see me.we decided we wanted to get back together.we are taking our time .even though we are an older couple.we feel like we are in our 20s..Thanks to coach lee.we are happier now than we were before.. Who is the first person you should think of when you are dumped? No, not your ex! The answer is Coach Lee! His reassuring delivery, command of the subject, yet absence of judgement and empathy towards his viewers is present in every video he posts. In many videos he states he’s “just trying to keep this very simple”, which for the racing, panicked mind of the broken-hearted, is supremely comforting. I highly recommend Coach Lee and Coach Ken for their combined talents and knowledge!

I was going through such a miserable time didn’t know how to make things better. Watched his video and went straight into no contact. Did mess up in the middle. Like he says sometimes emotions can be over powering. After that I went into contact again. My ex even reached out to me once. I’m still in no contact I’m hoping for the best now. My wife had left about a month ago so 2 days ag I watched about 10 of coach Lee videos and gathered myself up some knowledge and I applied it to my situation. well between telling her that her stuff was now in a storage unit for her=I'd let her go. I have been watching Coach Lee's videos for a few years now. I was trying to get over my Ex for a few years and it was really difficult because we have a kid together and we were on and off for about 13 years. I always expected us to get back together, but he moved on with another woman. Our relationship was abusive and I didn't realize it until I was out of it. I'm in therapy, but I watch Coach Lee's videos in between sessions to get me from one session to another. I was so excited when he made his new channel Anxiety Peace because I can share his videos on Facebook. I started viewing Coach Lee's videos sometime after I stopped contacting my ex after she put me in the friend zone. I was very hurt and had continued to stay around her. I noticed alot of disrespectful behavior from her during that time and decided to stop being her friend.
