I have always been deeply fascinated by psychology and strongly motivated to be of service to others. I have been through the depths of my own struggle with depression and loss, and found my way to to turn it all around. As a life coach I get to utilize my compassionate nature with, expertise through my academic background, while utilizing real personal life experience to truly empathize.
