About Me

Hi, I'm Kimberly. I am a wife and mom of 2 little girls. One of my children has ADHD and Autism. I have spent years trying to find the right programs and help for our family. We have a multi-need family, and achieving balance can sometime be difficult, however we are living a life of purpose and fun, and I can't wait to meet you and help you. 

Whether it's tools to help you get over some anxiety, or helping you create a plan to make family life much smoother, or helping you find your purpose in life and create goals and a plan to get you where you want to be in life, I'm committed to helping you succeed.

I offer online private sessions to help you in a number of areas from family coaching, ADHD or Sensory Integration coaching, finding your purpose, and much more.

Courses

Group coaching will be available for those who want the group setting and a more "Support Group" feel. Powerful things happen when you bring several people together, bonds are formed and accountability becomes much more important. Check out my group offerings.

Professional and life experience

I was once where you are. I have been the person who had horrible self esteem, I have been the parent struggling, I have been the woman who had no idea why I was here. I have put in a lot of work with coaches and mentors, self help books and even therapy. I don't believe anyone should feel the lonliness of struggling in parenting, family life, or life in general for that matter, alone. Inside each of us is a rockstar just waiting to come out and be that person who rocks all things life. Let me help you get there.

Fee description

I believe in helping as many people as I can. Cost can sometimes be a factor in hiring a coach, and it is my belief that I'd love to reach the most people possible. My group coaching is the way to go if you are looking to save a little money as these typically break down to about 10.00 per session. Private coaching ranges between $20.00-$50.00 a session depending on packages.
