I have practiced meditation since over 20 years- most days of my life. As a meditation group leader with years of experience, I've had the privilege of working with countless individuals on their mindfulness journeys.

Shadow Work
With your consent I will apply techniques to make you relax so that you can connect to your deepest fears. Releasing the emotions and making friends with your nightmares is one of the most transformative healing techniques I know of.

Coaching Background
Initially I was a coach but then realized that I am more at home in mindfulness and holistic therapy. However sometimes we need to set goals, commit and think about our life quality related to out careers.

Cultural Awareness
Having grown up in Latin America to Northern European parents and having spent the 25 years of my adult life in another country has made me aware of the impact cultures can have.
