Coaching areas I specialize in
About Me
I’m Kendra, a coach and creative facilitator with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and a lifelong curiosity about what it’s like to be human.
I work with people who feel stuck, are at a crossroads, or know something needs to change but aren’t quite sure what comes next. My style is curious, honest, practical, and a little unconventional. I’m interested in helping you hear your own voice more clearly, get out of your head, and start exploring what might actually be possible.
I don’t believe you need to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes you just need a place to think out loud, ask better questions, and follow the thread of what feels interesting.

How I like to coach
Our sessions are a space to think out loud, get curious, and look at things from a different angle. I listen closely, ask questions, challenge assumptions when it’s useful, and help you sort through what’s really going on so you can figure out what you think, want, and need.
We’ll work together to find what makes sense for you, whether that means making a decision, getting unstuck, changing a pattern, pursuing something you care about, or simply figuring out what comes next.
Depending on what you’re working on, I may also bring in creative or experiential tools — journaling, drawing, poetry, collage, movement, music, or other ways of exploring an idea. You don’t need to be “creative” to use them. Sometimes a different way of looking at something can open up a whole new perspective.
We’ll turn insights into action. We’ll create clear next steps to experiment with between sessions, and I’ll check in on them. Then we’ll see what happens, learn from it, and use that information to decide what comes next.

Professional and life experience
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, patterns, relationships, and the many ways people make sense of their lives.
I’ve spent many years exploring psychology, meditation, creativity, and personal growth — both professionally and in my own life. I’ve also worked as a teacher for many years and have developed my own career as an artist. Both experiences shape the way I work with people.
All of this informs the way I coach: curious, thoughtful, practical, and interested in helping people understand where they are, figure out what they want, and move forward in a way that feels meaningful to them.

Fees: from toPay what you can
I’m currently offering coaching on a pay-what-you-can basis. I want financial circumstances to be less of a barrier to getting support, so you can choose a rate that feels genuinely manageable for you.
If you’re not sure what to pay, just ask. We can talk about it.
