About Me

I'm Kathy, a life coach with a passion for helping people in all their journeys through life. My heart is with parents with children who suffer with stress and anxiety. I do this by teaching parents techniques to teach their children how to handle these every day problems they are facing using non-traditional therapy and without medications.
