About Me
After watching a Jackie Chan movie, we would run to the park and fight each other. Everyone wanted to be Jackie Chan. That was 34 years ago.
When I met my playing buddies 20 years later, nobody was into martial arts. Nobody was even into fitness. It took me a while to understand why: we had no master like Jackie Chan had.
Today, that realization drives everything I do.
My passion is finding the Jackie Chan in people — men and women with real potential, real possibility, real fire — who cannot move forward because they are lost in the complexity of their own lives. Not everyone needs a sensei (先生, literally: one who has gone before). But most of us, at some point, desperately need one.
Have we found Jackie Chans? I say, countless.
In more than 20 years of coaching groups and individuals, I have watched transformations happen in a single conversation — and others unfold slowly, over months, over years, like a sculpture emerging from stone. But those who made it — every single one of them — carried the same conviction: I can be better than this.
That belief is not arrogance. It is the quiet recognition of something true about what we are. We were not made for smallness. We were made in the image of a God who creates, restores, and transforms — which means the capacity for transformation is not a bonus feature of the human person. It is written into our design.
The question is never can you change? The question is always will you begin?

This is the most ideal coaching setup. We meet, do the initial needs analysis, then we plan our journey.
Courses
Group coaching is ideal for families, faculty teachers, company staff, crews, sales teams, call center teams and hobby groups.
Group dynamics sessions break the ice of indifference and ghettoism. It's a journey that starts with the self towards community towards the higher purpose of life.
We have a one-day or a three-day session. The secret of the menu is in the processing.
