About Me

Hi! I'm Jessica, and I'm a coach, mentor and advocate for mental health. I am also the founder of the Sales Growth Network and spent 15+ years as a corproate sales executive in corporate human resource management.

I consider myself a human reltations expert as well as master negotiator and mediator having started my "education" at the young age of 6 navigating my parents high-conflict divorce as well as going through one myself. I have a degree psychology and 30+ years of applied knowledge in dealing with toxic and narcissistic people. 

My passion is to help other powerful warriors reclaim their power after narcissistic abuse to live their truth, in authenticity and love.

How I like to coach

My coaching is flexible and client-driven based on the needs and desires of each of client. We discuss issues that may come up and work through them in a safe space for healing and restoration. I help my clients let go of the past and empower them to make the right decisions for them in their life - to own and speak their truth unapologetically. I take an action-oriented approach to help my clients break through any blocks that may be holding them back.

Professional and life experience

I was born a spiritual sensistive individual into a chaotic environment. Both of my parents were diagnosed as narcissists in the courts. They have the longest standing divorce in my county's history still to this day decades later. I learned how to navigate and negotiate around their needs and was primed to put others needs and wants before my own.

I had a very successful career in corporate sales but God had other plans as I succumbed to my spiritual awakening at 33 also navigating a high-conflict divorce like the one I grew up around.

Ultimately, I learned embrace reality. How I was primed to be a people pleaser and perfectionist. And my greater purpose to help other powerful, intelligent, compassionate warriors take back their power and live their best lives.
