My motto is:  I help real estate agents and other professionals who are stuck, overwhelmed or ready for a change make their businesses flourish.

My coaching is very personalized and tailored to the needs of my clients.  I've been coaching for over two decades. I'm very bottom-line and direct in my coaching.  It's not formulaic...It's customized and just for you.

I'm a reflective partner, cheerleader and advisor -- eager to help you move forward.  I ask powerful questions that might even stop you in your tracks....to get you to think and move in new directions.

The process is also fun and enjoyable!

Coaching

Personalized coaching, 3-4 sessions per month or on an as needed basis.  Sessions are usually 40 minutes to an hour.

Courses

Group coaching for real estate agents and groups for managers as well.

Professional and life experience

I have been active in the human potential/development area for many years.  When I was younger I realized that it was ok -- even great -- to create what I personally wanted -- despite what I'd learned from my nuclear family growing up.

That was a transformational realization.  Since then, I've created my own career...even before coaching was a recognized field.  I love helping people create what they want too!

Of note, I'm the founder of International Coaching Week -- now in its 26th year.  It's been celebrated worldwide, with over 1200 events this year in over 25 languages.  There were even events held in May, 2024 at the U.S. Dept. of Defense!
