I’ve rebuilt my life after escaping an unhealthy relationship, navigated a high-pressure marriage, and raised a child with special needs—all while staying grounded in emotional self-awareness, generational healing, and radical self-accountability.

I was raised by a licensed marriage and family therapist and have spent years immersed in conversations about emotional resilience, codependency, trauma recovery, and mental wellness. I’ve learned firsthand how complex and layered human healing really is.

This work isn’t just professional for me—it’s personal. That’s what makes it powerful.
