About Me

I began my coaching journey at General Electric, where I was trained in-house as part of their leadership development program. Coaching was central to my role, supporting team members in developing their communication skills and confidence at work. I was also responsible for interviewing candidates, an experience that gave me valuable insight into what employers look for — knowledge I now use to prepare clients for their own interviews.

After GE, I moved into Business English training, working with international professionals from startups to mid-level positions to large multinational companies. This deepened my understanding of how language, culture, and mindset intersect, especially in professional and high-pressure settings.

Today, I work independently with clients from around the world, many of whom find me through my YouTube channel. I help them develop the communication skills and cultural awareness they need to thrive in English-speaking workplaces — from succeeding in job interviews to confidently navigating intercultural professional environments.

Clients work with me to strengthen how they communicate in real-world professional situations — from job interviews to everyday workplace interactions. I prepare both native and non-native speakers for interviews, but my workplace communication coaching is focused on helping international professionals feel more confident and culturally fluent when navigating English-speaking environments, particularly within British workplaces.

Some come to me to prepare for their next career move. Others seek support after starting a role, when they find themselves unsure how to speak up in meetings, give feedback, or respond effectively when communication feels unclear or indirect.

Whether you’re aiming to secure a job or excel in one, I help you build the awareness, tools, and confidence to handle friction points, read between the lines, and express yourself clearly, without second-guessing or holding back.

How I like to coach

My coaching begins with your story. I take time to listen to your real-life scenarios, especially moments where communication felt difficult, unclear, or uncomfortable. Together, we unpack these experiences, identifying cultural friction points and reflecting on the underlying norms at play in the UK workplace context.

I offer perspective on how these situations might be understood locally, and we explore practical actions you can take going forward — from communication strategies to mindset shifts that support more confident, conscious engagement.

For new clients, I offer an optional 15-minute Clarity Call ($25 USD) to ensure we’re a good fit and that coaching is right for you. This is not a free trial. If you prefer, you can skip this step and book a one-off 45-minute coaching session directly. When it comes to job interview preparation, I take a structured and strategic approach. We start with foundational questions to build confidence and clarity, and I give professional feedback on what to include and what to leave out. We may use storytelling models to help bring focus and structure to your answers. I coach you live based on what you say, helping you refine your message, delivery, and presence.

Between sessions, I usually assign two interview questions as homework. Clients return with their verbal responses, and we continue to refine and build toward more complex or high-pressure questions. This step-by-step method has helped my clients successfully land roles at companies such as Amazon, Deloitte, EasyJet, Continental, and others.

At the end of each session, I create a written summary of our discussion — including insights, feedback, and action steps — so you have a clear and useful record. My goal is to support your growth with clarity and structure while leaving space for your autonomy and personal learning process.

Coaching

I offer one-to-one coaching for native and international professionals who want to succeed in job interviews, as well as workplace communication coaching for non-native English speakers navigating English-speaking workplaces, especially within the UK context.

🔹 Session Length:

Each session is 45 minutes and held online via Zoom.

🔹 Coaching Packages:

Clients typically book sessions as part of a coaching package so we can work consistently toward their goals. Packages allow us to track progress, build confidence over time, and explore challenges in depth.

🔹 Job Interview Coaching (for native & non-native speakers):

Structured, practical coaching where we work through common and challenging interview questions. Clients receive live feedback, storytelling strategies, and targeted practice tasks to complete between sessions. Many of my clients have successfully secured roles at companies like Amazon, Deloitte, EasyJet, and Continental.

🔹 Workplace Communication Coaching (for non-native speakers):

We focus on real-life scenarios shared by the client, especially moments of cultural friction or uncertainty. I offer UK-specific cultural insight, mindset support, and action-oriented strategies. After each session, I provide a written summary of insights and steps to take forward.

All coaching is tailored to the individual and designed to create clarity, confidence, and long-term communication growth.

Professional and life experience

My professional journey began at General Electric, where I took part in a leadership development program and received formal mentoring and training in coaching. I also contributed to hiring processes, which gave me firsthand insight into how candidates are assessed, especially in terms of communication, clarity, and cultural fit.

After GE, I transitioned into Business English teaching, working closely with international professionals. Over time, I began noticing recurring cultural friction points — moments where the challenge wasn’t language, but understanding how to communicate confidently and appropriately across cultures, especially in British workplaces.

This experience led me to develop a focused coaching approach that supports both job interview preparation and real-world workplace communication. I’ve helped clients successfully secure roles at leading organisations such as Amazon, Microsoft, and others. My coaching helps clients go beyond rehearsed answers, focusing instead on how to show up with clarity, self-awareness, and impact in culturally specific contexts.

Today, I also run a YouTube channel called Secrets of English, where I share insights on British cultural nuance, intercultural communication, and the psychology behind how we express ourselves professionally and socially. My work blends corporate experience, cultural intelligence, and a coaching mindset that empowers people to thrive — not just survive — in English-speaking environments.

Fee description

🔹 Clarity Call (15 minutes):

$25 USD – A short session to assess fit, clarify your goals, and determine if we're a good match to work together. Not a coaching session, but a serious first step.

🔹 Single Session (45 minutes):

$75 USD – One-to-one coaching session focused on a specific challenge. Includes a written summary with key takeaways, insights, and action steps.

🔹 Coaching Package (6 sessions):

$425 USD – Six 45-minute sessions.

Includes a 5% discount and is ideal for clients who want structured support over time, whether for job interview preparation or workplace communication coaching.
