About Me

At Relationship Rescue, I offer relationship, family, and breakup coaching rooted in both professional expertise and deep personal insight. As a certified life and relationship coach with years of hands-on experience, and currently nearing completion of a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I bring a unique blend of practical tools, evidence-based techniques, and heartfelt support to each session.

Whether you're seeking to strengthen your romantic relationship, repair strained family dynamics, or heal from the pain of a breakup, my coaching is designed to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and compassion. I work with individuals, couples, and families to uncover patterns, build communication skills, and foster emotional resilience. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative—tailored to meet your unique goals and life experiences.

Breakup coaching is a special focus of mine. I support clients through every stage of heartbreak—navigating grief, letting go of unhealthy attachments, and rediscovering self-worth—so you can not only heal, but thrive.

This is a space for growth, transformation, and empowered change. If you're ready to shift your relationships and reconnect with what matters most, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Coaching with me

Results & Goals

Clients come to me when they’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or heartbroken—and they stay because they start to see real, lasting change.

Whether you're navigating relationship stress, family conflict, or the pain of a breakup, my coaching helps you:

  1. Gain clarity on what’s really going on beneath the surface
  2. Develop healthier communication and emotional regulation skills
  3. Break toxic patterns that keep you repeating the same cycles
  4. Heal from heartbreak and rebuild your confidence and identity
  5. Create stronger, more authentic connections with partners, family members, and yourself
  6. Set boundaries and stand in your truth without guilt or shame
  7. Reconnect with your values, desires, and life vision

Because I bring both a coach’s practical tools and a therapist-in-training’s deep understanding of human behavior, my sessions go beyond surface-level advice. You’ll get insight, strategy, and support that help you make real progress.

This work is not about quick fixes. It’s about transformation—building the emotional strength, relationship skills, and self-awareness needed to live and love more fully.

How I like to coach

My coaching is warm, direct, intuitive, and deeply compassionate. I hold space without judgment while helping clients face the hard stuff with honesty and courage. I don’t believe in quick fixes or cookie-cutter advice—instead, I guide people to connect with their own wisdom, break through limiting patterns, and create meaningful change that aligns with their values.

I bring my whole self to the work—my training as a certified life and relationship coach, my academic foundation in Marriage and Family Therapy, and my lived experience overcoming adversity. I coach from the heart, with curiosity, cultural humility, and deep respect for each person’s unique story.

You can expect a coaching experience that is:

  1. Collaborative: We’re in this together. I don’t tell you what to do—I help you uncover your own answers.
  2. Empowering: You already have what you need inside you. I help you reconnect with your inner strength and clarity.
  3. Trauma-informed: I honor your pace and your boundaries. Safety and trust are the foundation of our work.
  4. Solution-focused: We’ll explore your past only when it helps us understand your present—and move toward the future you want.
  5. Real: I’m not afraid of the messy parts of life. I show up authentically, and I welcome all of you to do the same.

Whether we’re untangling a family pattern, processing a breakup, or building better relationship skills, my goal is to walk alongside you as a wise, grounded guide—helping you get where you want to go.
