Professional and life experience
My background blends formal psychological training with hands-on, relational work supporting individuals through real-life transitions, creative growth, and personal alignment.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC Riverside, which informs my analytical, ethical, and systems-oriented approach to coaching. My work is grounded in an understanding of human behavior, motivation, belief systems, and sustainable habit formation — allowing me to support change in ways that are both emotionally intelligent and practically grounded.
Professionally, I have experience working as an art mentor with high-functioning autistic adults, as well as supporting both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals in clarifying their direction and building lives that feel intentional and sustainable. This work has included helping clients navigate education, creative pursuits, career exploration, and the development of routines that support clarity, confidence, and well-being.
Alongside this, I integrate a holistic Law of Attraction–informed approach that emphasizes alignment rather than wishful thinking. Rather than focusing solely on outcomes, I work with clients to examine subconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, self-concept, and daily behaviors — supporting them in becoming the version of themselves that naturally attracts the life they want to build.
I have supported individuals with:
- school and academic transitions
- career changes or periods of uncertainty
- creative blocks and identity development
- building sustainable routines and daily systems
- improving sleep, energy, and holistic habits
- aligning mindset, emotions, and action toward meaningful goals
My approach is deeply analytical yet intuitive. I specialize in helping people see themselves clearly — identifying patterns, blind spots, and strengths — and translating insight into practical, livable systems. This includes routine design, reflective practices, vision work, personalized affirmations, and gentle accountability.
I am especially skilled at working with individuals who are thoughtful, sensitive, or neurodivergent — people who may feel overwhelmed by rigid productivity models or pressure-based coaching and are seeking a more personalized, humane approach to growth.
My coaching style is calm, supportive, and intentional. I am not overly pushy, but I will challenge clients to grow — thoughtfully, respectfully, and in ways that support lasting change. My goal is to help clients build clarity, consistency, and momentum while honoring their values, capacity, and individuality.
