Results & Goals

Together we will set an overarching goal for what you want to achieve.

This will be interwoven into the individual sessions.

Plus, the agenda for individual sessions can be be customised to include your needs on the day.

Quarterly reviews will highlight your challenges and your progress, with an opportunity for revising your overarching goal.

How I like to coach

My aim is to empower you, to drive the coaching sessions.

My goal is to support you to navigate your challenges, tackle the barriers, and create clarity around the direction you want to move into.

Feedback is that I am a very calm coach, my priority is to listen, ask questions that engage you, and communicate directly to inspire personal growth.

Offerings

Coaching

One to one-to-one coaching, hourly sessions, in-person and online. We meet for a series of 12 sessions, to provide you with the tools for ongoing improvement. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, according to your needs.

Mentored and coached for organisations including Global Sisters and Ballarat Arts Foundation.
