About Me

What I bring to the coaching session is curiosity. I am calm, judgement-free and I truly enjoy listening to my clients. When a client has explored their topic of discussion, I bring open-ended questions and direct feedback in order to leverage forward progress.

Coaching is a deeply rewarding activity for me. And it can be fun too!
I partner with clients to create clarity, navigate barriers and craft pathways for growth - ensuring that all content is client led.

On a more formal note, I currently work within three roles: as an experienced arts business director, coach and active artist. I bring business skills and an awareness of the challenges facing independent creatives and micro-organisations to manage and support: arts-based practitioners, small businesses, and organisations in the Arts industry.
Bringing strong interpersonal and organisational skills, I collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, guiding and supporting them to identify and reach their business goals.

As an Arts sector administrator and small business management all-rounder, I have experience in project coordination, budget preparation and tracking, executive project support and coordination, marketing and social media, and client management.
