About Me

Your second brain for emotional problem solving. For people who want to chase what excites them, not what proves them.

I help you catch the narratives that aren't fruitful, question the limiting beliefs you carry around life, career and relationships, and find more loving forward motion.

A ten-minute conversation with my brother gave me something I now try to give every client: belief capital. I want the people I work with to trust themselves fully, and to be the person leading their own life. My goal in life and in coaching has always been to add happiness to people's lives. Not just the feeling, but something that lasts, something that's been worked for.

Results & Goals

What clients have noticed:

More aligned energy.

Kinder self-talk.

More confidence in their own decisions.

More personal belief capital.

Being more in tune with themselves.

Leading their life more how they want to.

How I like to coach

Direct, collaborative, and on the same team. You're the expert in yourself.

I bring tools to use in the moment and a handful of proposed solutions. You try them on and tell me what's landing and what isn't. What lands, we keep. What doesn't, we leave.

We catch the shoulds that could be wants. Is it something you really want, or pressure you've been handed?

We stay in the present. We work with what you're feeling now and what comes up regularly.

You leave with a plan: notes after every session, and a living game plan to carry you through week to week.

Shaped by training in Joe Hudson's Art of Accomplishment, Phil Stutz and Barry Michels's The Tools, and study in modern psychology.
