About Me

I am a grief and loss coach with a background in healthcare and dedicated academic training in grief and loss and end-of-life support. I hold an MSc in Coaching from University College Cork, where my thesis focused on end-of-life matters, alongside diplomas in trauma-informed care and grief support.

My work is deeply grounded in the natural environment and in my own history of grief and loss.

Before shifting into coaching full-time, I ran an eco campsite on my land, which I have since transitioned into an active rewilding project. I chose to host sessions here at Bilberry Boreen because indoor, clinical settings do not suit everyone when processing loss.

I have lived with grief and loss since childhood and have found nature and nature-based grounding and mindset work to be enormously beneficial. I hope to be a safe anchor for you in dark times and to help you find solid ground.

Fee description

I offer support groups which has a lower fee structure and my private sessions are $60 per hour.
