Professional and life experience
Diagnosed with ADHD at 45, I had a crash course in ADHD and perimenopause. I went through the self-rediscovery process of reviewing my life through the ADHD lens. Eventually, I came to believe I'm also autistic, a diagnosis I have yet to pursue. Before becoming an ADHD Life Coach, I taught Arts & Humanities at Austin Community College for over 10 years. I have always had a passion for education, and now I use that passion to help others understand ADHD and improve their quality of life through acceptance, understanding, and setting up systems that support my clients.
