How I like to coach

I work as a skilled listener and process information quickly and incisively. I ask informed questions to provide clarity to the person and develop actionable steps that obtain the desired goals or solutions. I have a very strong analytical ability and am solution-oriented with excellent communication skills. As an I on the DISC scale, I am inspiring.

Coaching

I provide a complimentary session to learn about you and determine if we are a good fit, which has to be mutually agreed upon. Based on that introductory session, I developed a working plan to move forward, e.g., I incorporate DISC assessments into my coaching, establish how many coaching sessions, areas of focus, and resources I will use to assist me. Afterwards, you get one session to see if you like working with me. I have a Blindspot audit. I can also do lunch and learns, which inform you about tools and resources that are available to me.

Digital Products

I have many tools and resources to plug into through my affiliation with John Maxwell. This includes masterminds utilizing John's best-selling books and proven leadership training and guidance, lunch and learns, and DISC Assessments with your management, executive team, or business owners. Because of my exceptional research skills, I can also tap into case studies and resources from leading experts in the area of focus. My session can be done virtually or in person. If long-distance, I would prefer virtual, but I'm open to meeting in person.

My fee structure is based on the services I provide and the duration of the coaching that is set up. It would also be based on whether individual or group coaching is involved
