About Me

My work sits at the intersection of communication, human behavior, and organizational effectiveness.

I began my career in internal audit, working within financial institutions to evaluate systems, identify risks, and support organizational improvement. That experience shaped my ability to analyze complex environments and communicate clearly with leadership.

Over time, my work expanded into education, bilingual communication, and healthcare settings, where I have spent several years supporting communication as a Spanish–English medical interpreter.

These experiences led me to pursue graduate studies in industrial-organizational psychology, deepening my understanding of how communication, leadership, and workplace dynamics impact performance and well-being.

Today, I bring these perspectives together to support professionals and organizations in improving communication, strengthening leadership, and navigating complex work environments with greater clarity and confidence.
