About Me
I’m a creativity coach, consultant, and facilitator working at the intersection of human development, leadership, and creative thinking.
My work explores creativity not simply as a skill for generating ideas, but as a way of engaging with life, work, and change. Drawing from humanistic psychology, neuroscience, contemplative inquiry, and systems thinking, I help individuals and teams reconnect with their creative capacity as a relational and embodied process; one that shapes how we think, collaborate, and make meaning.
In my coaching and consulting practice, I support clients in navigating complexity, reframing challenges, and expanding their perspective through creative inquiry. My approach blends reflective dialogue with experiential methods, including visual practices, narrative reflection, and facilitation tools such as LEGO® Serious Play.
I’m also the creator of the CreActivity approach, built around a simple but powerful cycle: Play · Reflect · Grow · Repeat. This process invites experimentation, thoughtful reflection, and continuous learning, helping individuals and teams develop creative confidence and sustainable ways of thinking and working.
Whether working with individuals navigating life transitions or organizations seeking new ways of thinking, my goal is to create spaces where curiosity, experimentation, and insight lead to more intentional and creative ways of living and leading.

Professional and life experience
My path to coaching is shaped by two decades of leadership, global operations, and human development work across Europe and North America.
Before focusing on coaching and facilitation, I spent more than 20 years leading complex programs, large-scale events, and international operations in the travel, hospitality, and leadership development sectors. I worked with organizations delivering conferences, training programs, and incentive events for groups ranging from small teams to over 1,000 participants. These experiences taught me how systems, people, and environments interact and how meaningful experiences are intentionally designed.
Over time, my focus shifted from operational excellence to the human side of growth: how people learn, reflect, collaborate, and create new possibilities together. This led me into coaching, facilitation, and creativity-based learning environments where reflection, dialogue, and experiential methods help individuals navigate complexity and change.
Today, alongside my coaching practice, I am completing a Master of Education in Contemplative Inquiry at Simon Fraser University. My research explores creativity not simply as a skill or output, but as a way of engaging with life, an embodied, relational process shaped by how we relate to time, motivation, and the world around us.
Through coaching, consulting, and facilitation, I help individuals and teams explore new perspectives, reconnect with their creative capacity, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
