About Me
I am a mum, entrepreneur, and nature lover.
I am an empowerment coach for women going through major life transitions like divorce, coparenting and chronic health. I specialize in helping people extract from high-conflict. This work is my labour of love and I’m fortunate to do it virtually so I get to work with amazing women all over North America. Where many people feel disheartened, I’m energized by meaningful and loving connections that improve people’s quality of life.
I am trauma-informed and offer holistic, evidence-based, effective support. This is the kind of support I wished I’d had during my own “bad” divorce so I “get it”.
WHAT MY CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY ABOUT WORKING TOGETHER:
"Chavisa was there when I needed her. When everyone else put me on hold, or stopped listening, or told me to go somewhere else, or charged me way too much for ambivalence, she was there with compassion, respect and most critically with the knowledge I needed about the system and its inner workings. After I thought that I had explored every avenue and had found the doors all locked, Chavisa found ways to open them. I called her in exhilaration, her insights had worked, I had found what I needed to save myself and perhaps even more critically, I was able to protect my child. Chavisa understands the psychological workings of silent abuse but also the legal, social, and interpersonal ways that make it hard to break free. She is non-judgemental, right there in all the ways you want someone to show up, and she not only understands the situation at hand, but she is also there as a professional and informational guide to show you all the ways out - ways to move forward with your life, that you would have never have seen on your own."

Results & Goals
I provide my clients effective supports to get through complexity and rebuild so that they thrive in all aspects of their lives.
Here’s what one of my clients said,
"My family recently experienced a sudden and deeply upsetting trauma that led to some very difficult and jarring decisions. During this challenging time, a friend recommended Chavisa to me, and I decided to reach out for support.
I am incredibly grateful that I did. From our very first session, Chavisa provided the kind of understanding and guidance that felt both compassionate and impactful. Each session was thoughtfully tailored to address exactly what I needed in that moment—whether it was working through the issue at hand, focusing on personal growth, or finding tools to navigate difficult situations.
Chavisa’s approach is unique because of her lived experience and her ability to be fully present and empathetic in ways that few others could be. Her support is professional yet deeply personal, offering a safe and nonjudgmental space that goes beyond what friends or family can provide.
I highly recommend reaching out to Chavisa if you are seeking individualized support. The positive impact of working with her has been immeasurable, and I sincerely wish everyone could experience the same transformative benefits I have."
