About Me

I started my career teaching high school mathematics. Throughout that time I was a leader both in the classroom and with my fellow teachers. Many of the teachers I worked with created more efficient classrooms with less work and less stress. After I received my Master's Degree is Leadership I spent the next seven years working closely with my wife who is a Licensed Professional Counselor to open up her own Outpatient Mental Health Practice. Over the course of those seven years we have grown in tremendous ways through our business. We have overcome many obstacles and persevered to the point where is successful and I know have an opportunity to pursue coaching full time. In my coaching business I want to get back to my teaching roots. I think coaching is about coming along side a client and guiding them through a journey of self discovery to move them from their current situation to their future.

I want my client's to achieve victory over whatever issue they come to me with. My whole philosophy is taking my client's where they are and moving them into a better future. I want their future to be less stressful, more productive and overall more enjoyable.

How I like to coach

I come along side my clients and through active listening, lots of questions and goal setting, I guide them through a journey of self discovery that allows them to move from where they are currently into their future.

Offerings

Coaching

All of my coaching sessions are really built with the same lack of structure. The client will be driving the entire process, so sessions will go as long as they need to, although I believe somewhere between 45 minutes and 60 minutes is a good starting point.

Depending on the accountability needs sessions could run weekly or bi-weekly and eventually move to monthly or on an as needed basis in the future.

Individual and package sessions are available, but if the client feels like they need something else, changes can be made.

Professional and life experience

I spent the first my part of my career teaching high school math and working with teachers in leadership roles. For the past 7 years I have worked with my wife in establishing her business in Wilmington, NC.

Fee description

Fees: from 25.00 USD to 500.00 USD

Short followup sessions will start out at 25 dollars for 30 minutes and the fees will go up from there to encompass bulk package deals for as much as 3 to 6 months at a time.
