Is it clear to you now?  If you do not move forward in your own thought life, you will continue standing still in your heart.  You will be staring at the painfully challenging experience life-altering situations that will overwhelm any of us. The significant events on all of our hearts, minds, souls, and strengths will continue in 2020 and possibly beyond. We hope a vaccine will eradicate this pandemic, don't we? 

Understand our times means let's become more established internally. Nevertheless, we must always move in the direction in our heart of hearts to now put thought into helping others first instead of just focusing on ourselves. We all now know that when you put thought, effort, and energy into giving, listening, loving, and serving others, you begin to heal from the inside out.

Boss Mobility Life Coaching Service's objective is to help provide an example, expertise, and focused intensity on learning how to change the internal conversation that being successful is not always about productivity, efficiency, and making money in life!  As a Life Coach, working with people of Color of lack financially or influential wealth, we are prepared to stay Challenged Yet Inspired to continue to Sing, Speak, teach and drive the heart towards successfully serving others and then meeting our own "needs and wants."

We endeavor to expand learning how to improve our young people of Colors necessary life skills. We encourage persons in the African American community living in the SF Bay Area is challenged beyond measure. The painful recognition and now understanding can get hope back into our lives despite the apparent racial tensions in our country. Let us move resiliently in the direction of our ancestors, acknowledge what is happening but moving to higher ground in the heart.

We focus strategically and futuristically. We activate the mind and apply emotional intelligence where possible. We become the implementors of the change we are looking forward to in our lives. We want to support people in the struggle for Black Lives. The bottom line is All people living in California are such mighty warriors with the strengths and will to grow internally. But those with the extra burden and weight of racism in the African American Community refuse to ignore and deny racist insidiousness.

There are no quick fixes. You put in the work, time, energy, and effort. Results will come as you practice your craft.

I like to plant, water, and then the harvest reveals itself over time.
