About Me

One will see, I have formal training as a Life and Matchmaking Coach. I am an Ordained Minister through Christian Leaders Institute. I received certification as Mental Health Coach through Light University. Also, I assist in bringing transformation to the female who feels trapped in a mundane life recognize her full potential in her Relationships by achieving Clarity, Balance, and Purpose in her Identity & Mindset. The goal is to have total awareness of her Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual state, therefore, enabling her to be the BEST SELF to herself, her family, her work environment, and community.

I am a Certified Ordained Life & Matchmaker Coach Minister, and Certification as Mental Health Coach. Specializing in Inner Healing, Spirituality & Energy Cleansing.

Coaching is about helping you find the wealth in you. It is about challenging You, focus on your future by asking you questions, Help you be the Best You Possible. Our goal is to support our clients through shifts, through the transformation, and assist in bringing forth her greatness, their brilliance, and her power. As a coach, I partner with you to connect fully, assisting you in creating a life based on your standards and successes. Our coaching style is to help you stay grounded during your chaos. My strength as your coach is to mirror what I heard you say and help you devise a plan of what you want to be your reality.

Inner Healing - Inner Healing involves getting to the root of the issue, many people focus on the issue, we concentrate on the factors that create the issue. We dig deep into what is fuels the issue that causes the emotional trauma or blockage, and we replace it with a positive behavior, thought, or outlook.

Energy Cleansing - Energy Cleansing is about raising the vibration and frequency level. Our universe and everything in it operate on vibration and frequency level, including our body. Our vibration is very much tied into the emotions aka (Energy in motion). Individuals operate on a lower frequency because of trapped negative emotions stored as memory in our body. These low frequency plague body and can cause illnesses in the physical, spiritual, and emotional extremities. We help individuals achieve balance in life by raising their body vibration frequency. We use modalities such as aromatherapy and healing touch to rid the body of negative energy.

Relationship Management –Change Your Relationship by Changing Your Behavior.

Anger Management – reducing stress, anger, frustrations, upset and overwhelm, so you can be resilient. 

Aligning to a Positive Mindset-   Experience alignment of  kingdom mindset by restructuring from a negative to a positive mindset. 

Drive Purpose with Clarity - Know your Persona by having the ability to clearly define and state your personal brand and your business brand. 

Overnight change is not te norm, it usually  takes 66 days for a new habit to form. To be productive and have precision I do one hour coaching per week, this so the client doesn't get overwhelmed and ensure that new principles are becoming new habits.

For you to get the most benefit I have put together a 2.25 month package which includes 1 hour coaching per week for 9 week, outside session assignment with the ability to email the coach.   We do have other packages  which can be discussed at time of initial booking call.
