About Me

Growing up, I was told that women couldn’t have it all a thriving career, a strong body, meaningful travel, and motherhood. I never accepted that. Instead, I set out to prove that we don’t have to choose between our ambitions and our desire to be mothers.

Today, I’m a coach, an executive in a national organization, a solo mom by choice, a passionate traveler, and a woman who lifts heavy in every sense of the word. I chose to become a mother at 39, and I’m raising my daughter with intention, adventure, and joy. This life didn’t just happen. It was built with clarity, resilience, and a mindset focused on growth, not sacrifice.

Through coaching, I help other women do the same.

Whether you're navigating fertility decisions, stepping into solo motherhood, or figuring out how to reclaim your identity after becoming a mom, I offer support that’s grounded in lived experience not theory. My approach is real, empowering, and designed to help you create a life that feels deeply yours.

In addition to my executive leadership background, I’ve trained in coaching practices that center emotional clarity, decision-making confidence, and whole-self alignment. But at the heart of my work is this belief: you already have what it takes. I’m here to help you access it.
