About Me

A sales expert in the tech industry with decades of experience, I'm now supporting as a Coach, TV-Presenter, public speaker, actor, entrepreneur and author. He has vast experience in the corporate world operating in various senior positions across multiple companies. Benjamin has also spent time in Hollywood, in front and behind the camera, which is the inspiration behind his first book.

As an experienced sales and business development advisor, I have years in the industry have provided him with the knowledge for the tech industry. I have gained my knowledge and experience in various companies in the industry such as being the Account and Business Development Manager at Splunk as well as operating as the Senior Multimedia-marketing Sales Manager at Nasdaq demonstrating my acumen when it comes to sales and leading teams. I'm also bilingual being able to fluently speak both English and German which has assisted me in my acting career playing roles in both languages.

Following a successful career in the corporate world, I transitioned and now work as an actor and coach featuring in multiple Netflix projects: ‘Mank’ and ‘The Current War’ as well as interviewing film industry experts while presenting TV and radio shows. I have multiple awards for his acting prowess, being named best actor by various bodies. Now, my business focus is around advising and coaching, supporting new businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals through business incubators like Launch22 and Hatch Enterprise. I'm aiming to support my clients and companies with growing their personal development and market share. I recently founded InesAdele, the first ever global charity supporter which offers support to small and medium sized charities. This is done through collaboration, helping charities’ campaigns to reach more people and expand the impact they have. Alongside an acting career, I have released my book ‘The Reality of Hollywood’ which provides an insight into the reality of the entertainment industry in Los Angeles giving advice to budding Hollywood stars developed from my experience working and living in the area.

I'm also an experienced speaker and host, regularly speaking at conferences such as the Elite Business Event at the Excel in London.

Based on my experience working in business myself to then changing it completely fulfilling my dreams of getting into the creative world is a life changing process that I now want to share with my clients on how everyone has a choice to live their dream life.

It all starts with the conscious mind to realize and accept on what is actually going on in the present moment. Focusing on your feelings and inner voice making you feel a certain way is the core of what I believe in.

I have a very personal approach to fully understand my clients by analyzing with them the WHY and HOW they feel about their life but more importantly about themselves.

This builds the foundation for me to unpack and navigate my clients the right direction. Most of us live life and become the person based on our habits and patterns that we built for decades without often even realizing.

Breaking that circle creating new thought patterns that ultimately impact our emotional state to then reflect and express to the outside world is my goal working with my clients.

The first 30 minute session with me is completely free as it's important for my clients to see if's the right fit for them. We then can discuss how to best move forward creating a plan that makes sense for you.
