Coaching areas I specialize in
About Me
I’m a coach who works with adults and parents who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to think their way out of. Many of the people I work with are neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or have spent years functioning in systems that didn’t really make sense for them.
My work is grounded in nervous system awareness, emotional understanding, and practical tools that support real life- not perfection. I’m especially interested in helping people slow down enough to understand what their emotions and bodies are communicating, without judgment or pressure to “fix” themselves.
This is not therapy. I don’t diagnose or pathologize. Instead, I offer a steady, thoughtful space to explore what’s going on and identify ways forward that feel realistic and self-respecting.
Coaching with me
Results & Goals
Clients often come to coaching feeling overwhelmed, dysregulated, or frustrated with themselves. Our work focuses on increasing clarity, emotional steadiness, and self-trust- especially in moments that used to feel reactive or confusing.
Through coaching, clients may:
- Feel more regulated and less emotionally flooded
- Understand their stress and emotional responses more clearly
- Develop language for what they’re experiencing
- Make decisions that align more closely with their values
- Build practical tools they can actually use day to day
The goal isn’t to eliminate stress or emotions, but to relate to them differently, with more understanding and choice.
How I like to coach
My coaching style is collaborative, curious, and grounded. I don’t rush people toward solutions or push insight before the nervous system is ready.
Sessions often include reflection, gentle inquiry, and practical skill-building. I care a lot about pacing, consent, and helping clients stay connected to themselves throughout the process.
I work best with people who value honesty, self-reflection, and growth that feels sustainable, not forced. Coaching with me is less about motivation and more about understanding what’s actually happening beneath the surface so change can happen naturally.
Offerings
Coaching
I currently offer 1:1 coaching for adults and parents who feel stressed, emotionally overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer work for them.
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes and take place via video. Our work is non-clinical and focused on nervous system awareness, emotional understanding, and practical tools that support real life.
I begin with a brief discovery session to ensure we’re a good fit. Ongoing coaching is offered by invitation after that initial conversation.
