Coaching areas I specialize in

About Me

I am a certified life coach, mental health advocate, author, mother, and grandmother with a master’s degree in psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and specialized education in mental health, substance use, family abuse, human services, leadership, and holistic wellness.

I know what it feels like to move through life in a fog—stressed, stuck, overthinking, people-pleasing, and putting everyone else first. My journey taught me that change begins when you have a safe place to be honest, get clear, rebuild self-trust, and take one practical step at a time.

I work with women and men who want compassionate, trauma-informed support as they strengthen boundaries, improve confidence, move through life transitions, and create healthier patterns. I am also the author of The Beauty of Broken Pieces Healing Journal. Coaching is not therapy or crisis care; it is a collaborative space for clarity, growth, accountability, and forward movement.

Coaching with me

Results & Goals

Together, we work toward greater clarity, stronger boundaries, healthier decision-making, improved confidence, and consistent action. Coaching can help you identify what is keeping you stuck, define what you truly want, create realistic goals, and build a plan you can follow.

You can expect support with rebuilding self-trust, managing life transitions, strengthening your voice, setting goals, and turning insight into meaningful action. The goal is not perfection—it is progress you can see and a life that feels more aligned with who you are becoming.

How I like to coach

My approach is not traditional, rigid, or one-size-fits-all. I coach through real conversation, deep listening, honest reflection, practical guidance, and accountability. Think of it as sitting down for coffee with someone who truly hears you, asks the questions that help you hear yourself, and helps you turn what you discover into action.

I meet you where you are without judgment or pressure to perform. Every session is personalized, trauma-aware, and shaped around what you need in that moment. You will leave with greater clarity, a meaningful next step, and support that feels human—not clinical or scripted.
