I have been on a journey of personal growth and development through official courses and learning from my own interests. On this journey, I have developed skills and gained knowledge in areas that has allowed me to coach others and help them get results. I apply the knowledge I put together in a system that empowers my clients to maximise their results with the best use of their efforts.

Results & Goals

During the pre enrolment form and our initial consultation which is free, we will talk about your intentions and what goals you would like to achieve in the next 3 to 6 months. We will then narrow it down to one specific, measurable, achievable and time focused goal and create an action plan to get you from where you are to that point you want to be.

How I like to coach

I like to coach by booking regular one on one video sessions with a catch-up message or call between sessions to just check in. I am a completely non-judgemental coach who is here to do anything within my power to help you succeed. Having said that, I don't believe that spoon feeding a client all the answers helps in empowering them to develop the tools they need to succeed on their own. However, I will help you to find the answers yourself so you accomplish more.

Coaching

I believe in giving my client my full and undivided attention which is why I coach in a one-on-one setting. Due to clients having busy schedules, I am happy to work via zoom or other video chat modes of communication. I am happy to work out of normal business hours to best suit your needs.

In addition to genereral life coaching, I offer my services as an E-Hypnotherapist to help you get your subconsious working with your consious mind to achieve more than you are right now.

Professional and life experience

I have developed many skills in helping people on their journey of personal development while at university studying Human Resource Management and in my life in multilevel marketing.

In this field, I lead by example as I am constantly looking to enhance my skills and knowledge in this area.

In addition to work life and academic life, I have also raised 4 daughters and 3 foster daughters. If these children a couple have been diagnosed with Autism and Learning disabilities. However I taught them not to ever let these labels limit their potential. I have also achieved all I have while dealing with depression and having high functioning autism. Therefore I firmly believe that anything can be achieved with the right mindset and a little help from your support network. 

Fee description

During the initial consultation which is free, we will discuss the amount of coaching you desire, from a weekly 15 minute chat during a lunch break to every second day for an hour at a time. In addition to working out the time commitment you require, we will also work out the best services I can provide to you in order to get your results. These can be in the form of being an accountability partner, a coach, a hypnotherapist or simply a sounding board to bounce ideas off.

Based on your needs and budget, we will negotiate a price together.
