How I like to coach
My coaching style is about creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment where my clients feel safe and comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. I'm empathetic and compassionate and strive to understand my client's unique challenges and perspectives. In our sessions, I use evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), to help my clients overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. I'm focused on action and results, and I work collaboratively with my clients to develop practical solutions and strategies that fit their unique needs and circumstances. I believe that ongoing support and accountability are critical to success, so I provide my clients with ongoing guidance and feedback to help them stay on track and progress towards their goals.
