About Me

I have been working with my own dreams and intuition since I was a teenager.  I have degrees in Counseling, Studio Art, and also have advanced training in life coaching and Psychosynthesis (a transpersonal form of psychology and self-development), dream work, therapeutic uses of art, psychic development, the Tarot, and spiritual experiences. I have been running groups and offering individual sessions since 2009.  I am an integrative person: I integrate a broad range of skills, knowledge and experience in all I do.  My coaching reflects this!

My sessions and groups are designed to do just that! Experience connecting with your own Divine gifts and abilities. I tailor the session to meet your needs, and these may include intuitive tune-ins, dream work, intuitive art, guided meditations, and/or body awareness. I empower you to explore your own gifts and reprogram unhelpful beliefs into new powerful ones, allowing you to unfold your dreams into reality and create a life in alignment with your Higher Self.

How I like to coach

I specialize in using an integrative, mind-body-spirit approach to help individuals get back in touch with their own inner source of wisdom, creativity, and empowerment. Reconnecting with the deeper parts of yourself is often the key to overcoming challenges and moving forward again.

I will work with you to help you uncover obstacles, connect with your multidimensional strengths (including mental, physical, spiritual, creative, and social resources!), and support you in your process of growth. I will utilize my own intuitive and integrative helping skills, and support you to use your intuitive wisdom.
Intuitive Coaching is designed to help you use mind-body-spirit resources to help you get unstuck and start making real progress towards your dreams and goals. 

Working with me, the intuitive and spiritual dimensions are integrated with mental, emotional, and physical aspects. There is a structure for both you and I to listen to 6th sensory guidance, support to help you apply this wisdom, and encouragement to take inspired action. You will learn practical ways to use your own strengths and higher awareness to activate your potential and achieve your goals!

After we establish your intentions/goals, I will invite us to both take a moment to breathe and listen to our intuition. Next we often share what images, feelings, senses, etc. came up, and discuss how this relates to your goals and experiences.  I partner with you to decide the best modalities, and we may use oracle/Tarot cards, dream work, intuitive art, guided meditations, and/or body awareness, depending on your needs and goals.  Follow-up support work is often suggested with specific grounded action steps you can use to manifest your insights as positive change.

Activate your intuition with the magical and mysterious oracle of the Tarot. Explore intuitive exercises and creative approaches for working with this popular form of divination in a fun, interactive group format! 6 Sessions conducted through Zoom. Exercises suggested in-between group sessions to help you keep your momentum and intuitive expansion expanding! Multidimensional Manifesting

Are you ready to take your manifesting abilities to the next level? Would you like to create your dreams, visions, and desires into reality while connecting with others in a fun and supportive atmosphere? Do you want to work with the Law of Attraction and other Universal Laws in a heart-centered, ethical, and grounded way? If you answered yes to any of these, Multidimensional Manifesting is for you! This group is all about trusting your process and finding what works for you!
You are a naturally magical and multifaceted being! This group provides a space and support for you to express your amazing and unique energy in your manifesting practice! Imagine having multidimensional support and inspiration for manifesting your dreams into reality. In MDM, we work with the Law of Attraction, but understand there is more to goal achievement than just one Universal Law. We explore integrative mind-body-spirit approaches from metaphysics, motivational psychology, and wisdom traditions to achieve your goals, the multidimensional way! Creatively visualize and apply practical skills in a supportive group environment. Fun exercises each group! Open your mind to the possibilities! This group happens online through zoom video chat, invitations will be sent out upon your purchase of the ticket. This is a four-session group. This group includes video recordings of all of the zoom sessions, workbook exercises, and attendance in a private MDM Facebook group to give you extra support and encouragement in your unique manifestation process. Fee description

$125 for 55 minute session online or in-person

Save $25 with a package: $350 for 3-session package online or in-person
