About Me
Hello everyone!
My name is Anna Adams and I'm a CPC with training from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
One of my primary areas of coaching is leadership. I focus on the importance of communication with my clients to help them achieve their goals as quickly as possiblie.
My second area of coaching is personal awareness and development as it pertains to anti-racism. I work with clients interested in exploring their internal, familial and communal racism so they can calmly & confidently engage with peers on a subject that is often loaded with fear and guilt.
On a personal note, I love animals, traveling and music!

Results & Goals
I help my clients achieve awareness about where they are and where they'd like to be. Whether that client is in a leadership position, or wants to be more engaged in constructive and meaningful discussions around racism, we will work together to dial in on those goals, big or small.
