I recognize that everyone’s healing journey is unique and personal. My journey has involved inner healing, facing fears, taking risks, and starting my business. These experiences led me to open Flourish Counseling and Wellness Center, a welcoming space that offers services designed to foster connection among mind, body, and spirit.

My training and experience allow me to apply my educational background in meaningful ways. With expertise in neuroscience, mind-body approaches, mental health, and coaching, I create an environment that fosters positive change. I strive to establish a warm atmosphere where individuals feel empowered and leave with practical tools and experiences to support their growth.

In addition to developing innovative programs for our team and working as a life wellness and business coach, I provide structured wellness programs to small businesses. My approach combines compassion, humor, and evidence-based practices, cultivating trust and safety for my clients. I have supported many people through significant life changes, career transitions, and the development of healthy lifestyles.

My life and wellness coaching focuses on helping clients identify and leverage their strengths to create meaningful life changes. Driven by my passion for this integrative approach, I also provide business coaching to aspiring mental health and wellness professionals. I aim to spread this integrative model widely, ensuring more people can access it.

As a Life, Wellness, and Business Coach, I blend neuroscience, mind-body practices, and mental health expertise to help clients create meaningful change. My coaching style is warm, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based tools. I support clients in identifying their strengths, releasing old patterns, and building confidence to move forward with clarity and purpose.

Whether you’re seeking personal healing, navigating a major transition, or launching a wellness-centered business, I offer structured guidance, practical strategies, and an empowering space to grow. I offer individual coaching sessions beginning at $175 per session. If you plan to work with me, it's best to purchase a coaching package. I offer a 3-month package that includes weekly in-person or phone sessions and weekly emails.

Fee description

$195 for individual sessions

$700 for 3 months of weekly sessions (includes weekly emails and phones calls)
