Anthony Matacotta is a leadership coach and Marine Corps aviator with over a decade of experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams in complex, high-stakes environments. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he earned a Master of Public Policy from George Mason University’s Schar School and has taught leadership and professional development to military officers in both classroom and deployed settings. Anthony is passionate about helping others navigate career transitions, build confidence, and lead with clarity and purpose. He lives with his wife and two children, finding daily inspiration in balancing service, family, and growth.
