I take a person-centered, holistic approach to mental health coaching. I believe that mental health is interconnected with all other areas of one's life. My coaching sessions focus on using art to help you achieve balance, insight, and mindfulness in all areas of your life.

Fees: from $70 USD to $90 USD
One-on-one sessions: $70 / 50 min session
Family/Couple sessions: $90 / 50 min session
Groups: TBD based on resources, supplies and prep time needed
