Richard Harris

Rich has been my mentor for little over a year now and I have seen vast improvments already. He is always enthusiastic, passionate and genuinely loves to help you with any challenges you may face. I could not reccomend him more.

Coaching with Richard is fast and effective. Richard has been mentoring me for the last three years. I’ve always been a very driven individual; however, having finished university in 2012 I needed some extra focus and guidance! I was working in a job I didn’t enjoy and Richard gave me the confidence to ditch it and pursue a career in fitness (my absolute love), and start my own business. I’m thrilled to now say that I’m earning triple what I was earning in my last job and have a refreshing new outlook on the world…
