Confidence is the key to finding your true self. I have worked with individuals, couples, families and children for over 8 years. I believe in making small manageable changes that can enable movement for bigger growth. I believe everyone can become more in touch with themselves.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I am a flexible coach in regards to how and when I facilitate sessions. I coach many clients online where they can connect with me from the comfort of their home, or office during lunch breaks.
I am also able to accommodate one on one sessions in my office for my Vancouver-based clients.
