My own personal, difficult journey through divorce over the age of fifty left me feeling lost, uncertain and unclear about my identity. My journey took me from being a 15-year stay-at-home mom to a sole parent of two young daughters, recreating myself with a new career and taking me on a whole new and exciting life path.  This became my inspiration
for helping others to transform their lives regardless of their age, stage of life or life circumstance. 

The heartbreaking ending of my nearly twenty year marriage, left me as a sole parent of two adolescent daughters and lost as to how I was going to go from a stay-at-home mom and homemaker to a single, financially independent head of household. 

What I didn't realize at the time was that this experience was actually going to result in the restart of my life and the embracing of my authentic self.

Nearly two years into the the divorce process, and feeling as if things could not get any worse emotionally and financially, I was blessed with a number of epiphanies resulting from actively and purposefully changing my thoughts and beliefs.

Taking small action steps, including relaxation techniques, better nutrition, self empowerment exercises and raising my personal vibration, I was able to begin a whole new life path and hit the restart button in life at the tender age of fifty-two.

Possessing a life-long passion for helping others, I knew I had something to give back to the many individuals who had arrived at a point in their lives, similar to what I had gone through, where they were faced with the question, "WHAT's NEXT?" 

This life experience coupled with my pre-marital career in marketing and brand management, leading teams, I am able to provide guidance and support to my clients to put together an effective strategic plan for bringing ormaly back into their lives during the divorce process and move forward with powerful action steps to create a new life post-divorce. 

My passion for being a Divorce & Life Transition Coach is rooted in the desire to partner with individuals like you, on the journey of self discovery to finding alignment with true passion, purpose and being authentic in order to live your best life!
