HOW I LIKE TO COACH
Since my passion is helping you achieve lasting fulfillment in both your personal and professional life, I am a strong follower of positive psychology. We work together as a team to maximize your potential for success. I am always here to support you but will challenge your assumptions if I think you are not acting in your best interest.
Positive psychology s an approach to counseling which empowers people to achieve their goals by developing their inherent inner skills which can go unnoticed and undiscovered for years. The good news is that our brain can change it's shape and literally develop new muscle matter or neurological pathways to override old and ineffective settings where we feel as though all we can do is react to things negatively. In my sessions, regardless of your objective, we will build in these areas:

* love
I like to help people practice techniques and exercises that I know others experts before me have practiced to enable people to retake control of their life again by discovering these inner strengths.
OFFERINGS
PRIVATE COACHING
Engaging, goal-oriented, result-driven coaching sessions for 50 minutes.
Expectation: resolution and feelings of joy, gratitude, serenity, interest, hope, pride, amusement, inspiration, awe, love may be evoked.
ONLINE COACHING
Yes, I offer online coaching for your convenience. Before each session, we communicate by email to define goals and topics of concern to be addressed.
Short courses or group coaching
I offer group coaching and online webinars on a variety of topics. Currently, I teach a workshop about overcoming our negativity bias called Hardwiring Yourself for Resiliency.
Ongoing training
I have plans to offer my workshop as a training for business professionals.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I have experience doing confidence coaching, performance coaching, stress management coaching, motivation coaching, parent coaching and more. I have also nearly completed my Master's in Marriage, Family Therapy at one of the nations top psychology schools, University of San Francisco.
In addition, I have given multiple workshops to business professionals seeking help in creating resiliency through the neuroscience of behavior change modality.
My experience also encompasses a broad range of work with school aged children in the public elementary school system in the capacity of an elementary school teacher for the past 24 years in the Bay Area.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes long with a 10% discount on packages:
Single session = $100
Multiple session package discounts:

over 12 are 20% off
