How do I integrate with Zoom?

Login as a Coach

First step is to login as a coach at https://app.lifecoachhub.com/login.

Connect Zoom Account

After logged in as a coach, you need to go to Settings > Integrations – https://app.lifecoachhub.com/coach/settings/integrations

Now click on on Zoom integration Connect button.

After clicking connect button, it will go to details page – https://app.lifecoachhub.com/coach/settings/integrations?integration=zoom

Click on Connect Zoom Account button.

Then in next screen, you need to give permission checkbox and click allow like the below screenshot –

After allowing it, you’ll be redirected to Zoom connection page and it will say that you’re connected.

Create Session and create Zoom meeting

Once connected or without connection, if coaches select Zoom as their contact type, then they need to connect their Zoom information or it will be handled automatically once session is being created.

Zoom not connected case: Coaches can go to connect page directly from session create page or just Create the zoom meeting manually.

If Zoom account is being connected, they will see something like this – that the Zoom will be created and invited to client once session is created.

If your Zoom account is being connected, by default an automattic option is there to add a Zoom meeting link, but you can enter a manual Zoom meeting link too by clicking Add manual link checkbox –

Reschedule Session and Zoom meeting

Once a session will be created, coach can reschedule their session and Zoom meeting will also be updated according to that time.

You can also add a manual Zoom meeting link too, by click on Add manual link button beside Zoom Meeting details heading –

That’s it—Zoom is connected! Meetings will now be automatically created or rescheduled from the coach’s account, or you can simply use a manual Zoom meeting link, which will work perfectly as well.

Disconnect Zoom Account

Once your Zoom account is connected, if you no longer wish to use Zoom meetings, you can easily disconnect your Zoom account from Life Coach Hub by clicking the Disconnect Account button on the Zoom Integration details page, as shown below.

However, please note: once you disconnect your Zoom account, you will no longer be able to create Zoom meetings directly from Life Coach Hub. All access tokens and other related Zoom connection information will be permanently removed from our servers.

If you wish to use Zoom again in the future, simply reconnect your Zoom account.

Troubleshooting

Normally, connecting / creating a Zoom meeting via Life Coach Hub is pretty simpler to follow. Sometimes, if you don’t give the necessary permissions we asked, then it could probably face some issues creating meeting automatically via Life Coach Hub.
