About Me

Hi, my name is Zdenka. I am a spiritual/holistic personal life coach and I take in consideration wholeness & uniqueness of each client: with mind/body/spirit approach. My life coaching approach is metaphysical/spiritual to help you uncover and recognize your hidden blocks (spiritual, mental, physical), so you can live your best life. My life coaching is authentic and honest with attention to truly help and serve on the deepest and meaningful level possible. Life coaching sessions are always private, online, personalized and individually created specially for you - so we can work on whatever you need, so you can consciously express and live your best life.

I live in Europe, Czech Republic. I coach & help clients online, since 2010.

I had back issue, that I healed thanks to spiritual principles, which lead me into spirituality and into realization, that all emotional blockages and past trauma leads to physical pains, dis-ease and discomfort.

I help clients to find and heal any emotional/energetic blockages, traumas, heartaches, to help them thrive in life!

I coach online. I focus on 1-1 life coaching. My clients live in different parts of the world. I love the diversity of working online, meeting interesting clients of different cultures. I am spiritual, but not religious. I respect and work with clients of various faiths, beliefs & religions.

Professional and life experience

A few years ago, I had a health issue that made me re-think my whole life including my career. It felt to me like my life was passing me by so I decided to study and work on myself to improve my health and my life. After this experience I became a life coach to help my clients discover and improve their life including health, wealth, relationship, career and life purpose.
