About Me

Day by Day Wellness & Recovery may be news to many of you, but their leading coach is far from new to the coaching community.  Coach Wendy L. How I like to coach

My coaching style is based upon choice, your personal choice. During our first session, many of the questions and discussion will be about learning you. I am a firm believer in choice. It is each individual's choice as to their recovery program, religion, sexuality, and to what you are comfortable in sharing with me to be kept in the complete privacy of our work together. You will have the choice of working with me in choosing how we work just as you do in your own life.

Coaching

One-on-one private coaching for individuals. Pay-as-you-go sessions or packages with payment plans.  Offering 30/60/90-minute sessions.  We have several options available or allow me to create a unique package tailored to you.  

Courses

Group coaching is available to pay as you go or save big with ready-made packages or create one just for you.  Your options are numerous.  Every three months a new FREE course is held open to anyone.

• <p>We offer many options for workshops and short courses which may only take a few hours.  These are offered ongoing and dates will be published as they are made available.  </p>

Fee description

Many options are available to make services affordable to everyone. I accept pay-as-you-go or save big with my many packages individualized with you in mind. Help will be made available to anyone upon request such as a sliding scale fee or pro bono services may be available. Short courses are available that start at only $5 and we offer a couple of them for free.
