Wade Conway

About Me

As a former Head golf professional, a sought after golf instructor and a College Golf Coach for National Championship Contending golf team, Wade found the way to switch his passion into a profession. As an avid golfer and getting a full ride to play golf in college Wade found what he thought was his dream job working as a golf professional.

After 8 years in the industry and as a head golf professional he found himself working 6 and 7 days a week sometimes as many as 80 hours, spending weekends and holidays away from his family, and that left little time to be a father he wanted to be or the time to play and teach the game he loved.

Only after learning to combine his passion with a sales career in the mortgage industry did he find the balance that was missing. That redirection led him to his calling, teaching and coaching others on how to find their sweet spot in life and where they too can profit from their passion.

He and his wife Stephanie and two adopted children now live in the suburbs of Nashville TN where he works as a National Sales Coach for one of the Top Ranked Mortgage Companies in the US and offers one on one coaching and corporate coaching as a member of the John Maxwell Team of Coaches, Speakers, and Trainers.
